Wellness Technology & Equipment in
Louisville, Kentucky

At Blissful Relaxation, the quality of the experience starts with the equipment behind it. From our spacious King-Size Ocean Float Rooms to our Clearlight full-spectrum infrared sauna, Plunge cold plunge and professional halotherapy system, we've invested in premium wellness technology selected for performance, comfort, reliability and the experience it provides our guests.

Premium Equipment. No Compromises.

We don't choose wellness equipment based simply on price. We select professional, name-brand equipment from respected manufacturers because quality, design and performance matter—especially when that equipment is used by thousands of guests.
Since opening in Louisville in 2018, we've continued investing in the equipment and technology behind our services. Whether you're floating, using infrared sauna, experiencing Fire & Ice contrast therapy or relaxing in our halotherapy room, our goal is the same: provide an exceptional experience using equipment we believe is among the best available.

Ocean Float Rooms — King-Size Float Therapy

Blissful Relaxation features four spacious Ocean Float Rooms, each measuring approximately 8' × 7'. Unlike enclosed float pods, tanks or “orbs,” our private float rooms provide an open, walk-in environment designed to create the full sensory-reduction experience without feeling confined.
Our Ocean Float Rooms allow guests to experience virtually no light, no sound and no gravity while floating effortlessly in highly concentrated Epsom-salt water.
We chose Ocean Float Rooms because their size, commercial construction and open design provide the kind of premium float experience we wanted to offer our guests. Blissful Relaxation is home to four king-size Ocean Float Rooms — the largest collection we have verified at a single float facility.

Sound Isolation — Built for the Float Experience

Purpose-Built Sound Isolation

Quiet is essential to a true float experience, which is why our float suites were designed for sound isolation from the ground up.

Each suite was constructed using a room-within-a-room design, with separate double-stud wall assemblies and an approximately 2-inch air gap between the walls to help reduce sound transmission.

We then incorporated ROCKWOOL Safe'n'Sound acoustic insulation, QuietRock 545 sound-reducing drywall, and professional ISO sound-isolation doors to further isolate each float room from the surrounding facility.

Professional Sound Isolation Trusted by Industry Leaders

The IsoDoor HD isn't an ordinary commercial door. It's a specialized sound-isolation system designed for demanding acoustic environments such as recording studios, theaters and other high-performance spaces.

We're proud that IsoStore lists Blissful Relaxation among its corporate customers alongside organizations including Disney Pixar, CBS Broadcasting, Warner Brothers, Atlantic Records and the United States Air Force.

For us, it's another example of the level of equipment and construction we chose when building an environment specifically for float therapy.

It's all part of creating the environment float therapy is meant to provide:

No light. No sound. No gravity.

It's another example of something guests may never see, but can experience every time they float.

Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna -
Clearlight Sanctuary C

Blissful Relaxation chose the Clearlight Sanctuary C Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna as the foundation of our infrared sauna and Fire & Ice experiences. Clearlight is one of the most established names in infrared sauna technology, and the Sanctuary C is a professional-quality system designed to deliver near, mid and far infrared wavelengths.

Our Sanctuary C is a powerful 220V system, selected for its performance, spacious design and premium construction. Rather than choosing a generic sauna, we wanted equipment from a manufacturer with an established reputation in infrared wellness technology.

The Sanctuary C is also paired with our professional Plunge cold plunge for Fire & Ice contrast therapy, giving guests the ability to alternate between infrared heat and controlled cold immersion using premium, purpose-built equipment.

Plunge Cold Plunge — Fire & Ice Contrast Therapy

Our Fire & Ice experience pairs the Clearlight Sanctuary C infrared sauna with a Plunge cold plunge, a purpose-built cold-water immersion system designed for consistent, controlled cold therapy.

Unlike a standard tub filled with ice, the Plunge system continuously cools, circulates and filters the water, allowing us to provide a more consistent and professional cold-plunge experience.

We selected Plunge because we wanted the cold side of our contrast therapy experience to meet the same standard as our infrared sauna — premium equipment specifically designed for the job.

At Blissful Relaxation, the Plunge is offered as part of our Fire & Ice contrast therapy experience, allowing guests to move between infrared heat and cold-water immersion in a private wellness setting.

Professional Halotherapy Technology —
HALOSET & KLAFS Microsalt

Blissful Relaxation uses two specialized dry-salt systems to provide halotherapy in different wellness environments.

Our dedicated halotherapy room features a HALOSET professional halogenerator, designed specifically for salt rooms and wellness facilities. The HALOSET uses sensor-controlled technology to monitor and maintain the concentration of dry salt aerosol in the room, helping provide a consistent halotherapy experience from session to session.

For guests who want to combine salt therapy with infrared heat, we also use KLAFS Microsalt SaltProX systems with our sauna experience. KLAFS developed the SaltProX specifically for use in sauna and infrared cabins. Its patented technology produces a particularly fine dry salt aerosol and distributes it throughout the cabin.

We invested in two purpose-built systems because different environments require different equipment. Rather than relying on decorative salt alone, our halotherapy experiences use equipment specifically designed to generate and distribute dry salt aerosol.

Whether enjoying our dedicated halotherapy room or adding Microsalt to an infrared sauna experience, guests at Blissful Relaxation have access to professional salt-therapy technology selected for its quality, consistency and performance.

Comfort is also part of the experience.

Our dedicated halotherapy room features SVAGO ZGR Zero Gravity Recliners, allowing guests to relax in a supported zero-gravity position during their salt therapy session.

The SVAGO ZGR chairs feature adjustable positioning, heat and vibration massage, giving guests the ability to customize their comfort while the HALOSET system delivers dry salt aerosol throughout the room.

We chose these premium zero-gravity recliners because we wanted the seating in our halotherapy room to receive the same attention as the technology behind the treatment.

Built Beyond the Equipment —
Takiron Pathways Flooring

The investment in Blissful Relaxation goes beyond the equipment you can see. Throughout our float suites, infrared sauna room, Fire & Ice room and the hallway connecting these wellness areas, we installed Takiron Pathways commercial flooring from Japan.

Pathways is a specialized slip-resistant commercial sheet flooring designed to provide traction in both wet and dry conditions, including for barefoot traffic — making it particularly well suited for the wet environments throughout our facility.

We selected Takiron Pathways because the materials surrounding our wellness equipment matter too. From the flooring beneath your feet to the sound-isolation materials inside our float-room walls, these details were intentionally chosen when building Blissful Relaxation.

It's another part of our commitment to creating a premium, purpose-built wellness environment from the ground up.
