​About Us

Over 20 years ago, I (Nick) experienced floating for the first time — and it completely changed the way I thought about relaxation and recovery. Since that first session, I’ve spent countless hours floating, with some sessions lasting as long as eight hours.
Together with my wife Nichole, we founded Blissful Relaxation with one goal in mind: to bring the incredible benefits of floating to our hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. We wanted to create a space where people could truly disconnect, recharge, and find peace in a chaotic world.
Blissful Relaxation is designed to be the ultimate destination for deep relaxation and full-body wellness. We are proud to be the only spa in Louisville to offer:
