During your 45-minute session at Blissful Relaxation, a professional halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into microscopic particles and disperses them into the air of our dedicated salt room.

As you relax and breathe normally, the dry salt particles circulate throughout the room and may be inhaled into the respiratory system while also settling on exposed skin. Halotherapy is commonly used by people looking for a relaxing wellness experience and as a complementary approach to respiratory and skin wellness.

At Blissful Relaxation, your halotherapy session takes place in a completely private salt room. Sessions can accommodate individuals, couples, or small groups of 2 to 4 people, allowing you to enjoy the experience without sharing the room with other guests.

Our salt room also features distinctive salt-diamond walls, creating a quiet and relaxing environment for your session.
